With an internal volume of 29 litres and 12 stainless steel trays, the food dehydrator offers ample space for larger quantities of fruit, vegetables, herbs or meat. Several types of food can be processed at the same time without the flavours mixing.

The temperature can be flexibly adjusted between 30 and 85 °C, enabling optimal drying of a wide variety of foods. From delicate herbs to meat and fish, the settings can be individually tailored.

The modern touchscreen control panel allows you to set the temperature and running time quickly and conveniently. The clear digital display ensures that all settings can be easily monitored at all times.

The practical interior lighting allows you to see the drying process directly without having to open the door. This keeps the temperature inside the appliance constant and ensures the drying result is not compromised.

The 12 sturdy trays, made from food-grade SUS304 stainless steel, are particularly durable, hygienic and easy to clean. At the same time, they ensure optimum air circulation and even drying on all levels.

To offer even more ways to use it, the food dehydrator comes with three silicone mesh trays, a silicone tray and a silicone mould. Ideal for gently drying herbs, berries and small pieces of fruit, or for making fruit leather and other delicate foods.
