On this page you will find all important information about shipping costs, delivery times and the ordering process in our online shop.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free of charge.

Please note that collection of goods is not possible for logistical reasons.

All prices displayed on our website include VAT unless otherwise stated.

Delivery Time

The standard delivery time is 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

If payment is made in advance by bank transfer, the order will be shipped after the payment has been received.

If there are any delays in delivery, for example if an item is temporarily out of stock, we will inform you immediately by email.

The stated delivery times apply only to items that are marked as available in the online shop.

Same-Day Shipping

Orders may be shipped on the same day if the following conditions are met:

• Payment is received before 2:00 PM (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays)
• An instant payment method has been selected (e.g. PayPal or credit card)
• The ordered items are in stock

Same-day shipping is not possible for:

• items that are currently out of stock
• items with a specified delivery date
• pre-orders or advance sales

Ordering Process

1. Placing an Order

First select a product from our range and add it to your shopping cart by clicking the “Add to cart” button. You can add more items to your cart at any time.

By clicking on the shopping cart icon you can view an overview of all selected items. Here you can:

• change the quantity of items
• remove items from your cart

By clicking the “Checkout” button you will be taken to the order form.

There you need to enter all necessary information and select your preferred shipping and payment method.

The following information is required:

• Billing address
• Shipping address (if different)
• Shipping method
• Payment method

Discount codes can be entered during the checkout process. Enter the code in the “Discount code” field and confirm it by clicking “Apply”. Please note the minimum order value and validity period of the voucher.

On the right side of the order form you can review your order under “Order summary” and make changes if necessary.

By clicking the “Buy now” button you place a binding order and conclude the purchase contract. Acceptance of our Terms & Conditions is required.

After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation by email.

2. Correcting Input Errors

Before submitting your order you have the opportunity to review and change your entered data at any time. This includes in particular:

• personal information
• billing and shipping address
• shipping and payment method

3. Contract Language

The contract language is English.

4. Storage of the Contract

The contract text is not permanently stored by us and cannot be accessed after the order process has been completed.

However, you have the option to:

• save or print the order details using your browser
• keep the order confirmation email for your records

If you create a customer account during the order process, you can view your orders at any time in the “My Account” section.
