Use the pasta roller to create fresh pasta of different thickness, simply by selecting the preferred thickness setting with the adjustment knob – just as you like it most. The pasta roller attachment features 7 thickness settings. Turn the control knob to the desired setting (0.4 mm to 2 mm).
